ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you receive the order confirmation, you must check that it is in accordance with your order. If you discover errors or have changes to your order, please contact Keepersone ApS at info@Keepers.one

DELIVERY

We ship with POSTNORD and you usually receive your delivery within 1-3 working days. However, there may be longer delivery times in connection with promotional campaigns, holidays and the like. In the event that POSTNORD cannot deliver to the private address due to special circumstances, it will be delivered to a parcel shop.

Keepers sends all orders with a value over EURO 67,- free of charge to a parcel shop.

ARE THE GLOVES TOO BIG OR SMALL?

Then we will of course exchange them for the desired size.

All you have to do is send us an email at info@keepers.one with the desired size and pay EURO 14,- to mobilepay no. 998857.

The cost covers shipping a new pair and return shipping.

We will send you the new pair with GLS and enclose a return label and shipping bag. You use the return label and bag to send the pair you wanted to exchange back.

KEEPERS OUTLET

Products purchased in Keepers Outlet contain cosmetic defects. The products cannot be returned after purchase.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

In consumer purchases, where the order of goods is made by telephone or the Internet, the consumer has a 14-day right of cancellation.

You therefore have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive your goods. The right of cancellation can only be used if the goods are returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of cancellation lapses if you use the goods in a way that significantly reduces the sales value. For example, used goalkeeper gloves are not returned. If you regret your purchase, you can either refuse to receive the package or return the item to:

We ask that you enclose a copy of the invoice for the purchased items as documentation that the returned item(s) was/are purchased from Keepers

If you refuse to receive the package or fail to pick it up at the post office/parcel shop, you will be charged the shipping costs for POSTNORD to return the package to us.

Keepers recommends that the item is returned via POSTNORD and that the item is sent as a parcel post. This way, it is possible to track the package in POSTNORD’s system, which removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to www.keepersone.com. Furthermore, you have the option of requesting the package if delivery has not taken place. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly and you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given to info@Keepers.one. In your notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned them before then.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the goods must be delivered to POSTNORD or another carrier no later than 14 days after receipt.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in the original packaging. Lack of original packaging results in a decrease in the sales value, which is why you will be credited with a correspondingly smaller amount corresponding to the decrease, based on an assessment made by Keepers.

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a clear personal touch,

Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

All training sessions agreed with Keepers, whether they are general training sessions, camps, etc., will not be refunded if a written agreement is not found no later than 2 hours before the agreed training. Depending on the circumstances, it will still be possible from the conclusion of the agreement for Keepers to retain payment in the event that your money has been used to purchase goods or services.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Any errors or deficiencies in delivery from Keepers must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. You are obliged to state, and upon request, show, how the error or deficiency manifests itself. As a rule, you can only complain about errors that manifest themselves no later than two years after you have received the goods. The right of complaint applies to manufacturing defects, not wear and tear as a result of using the goods.

Damage to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse by the user is not covered by the right of complaint.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be notified to Keepers within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.

Please describe the defect or deficiency of the goods in connection with the complaint and provide the order number. The goods must be returned in suitable packaging.

We do not accept goods sent by cash on delivery or that are sent without postage. Furthermore, we do not collect packages that have been sent “without distribution” with PostNord, to a POSTNORD parcel shop or similar.

If you have sent an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the email you will receive information about the further process in connection with the processing of your cancellation/complaint.

PROTECTIVE RETURNS

All products returned to Keepers must be securely packaged. If you have broken the product packaging, please contact customer service at info@Keepers.one.

We recommend that the item is returned via POSTNORD and that the item is sent as a parcel post. This way, it is possible to track the package in the POSTNORD system, and this removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Keepers. You also have the option of requesting the package if delivery has not taken place.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (PERSONAL DATA POLICY)

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at Keepers, you also accept our Privacy Policy/Personal Data Policy. As a registered user with Keepers, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Keepers via e-mail

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Conclusion of the agreement

The subscription terms apply to all types of our subscriptions. Changes in name, address, email or payment information must be notified to www.keepersone.com immediately in writing at info@Keepers.one. You will receive a receipt for your subscription agreement via email.

Change of subscription type

Change in subscription type (every/every 2 months) is free of charge. The change takes effect at the end of the existing period. You change the subscription type by sending an email to info@Keepers.one.

Subscription period and termination

The agreement is valid from the day you enter into the subscription agreement and continues until you terminate the subscription, or in the event of non-payment. The subscription can be terminated whenever you wish, with immediate effect unless you have a binding contract. However, the subscription must be terminated before we have sent the delivery in question. If you have already received the delivery, you must exercise your right of withdrawal. Cancellation must be made in writing to www.keepersone.com at info@Keepers.one or by letter to the address

When will my subscription payment be deducted?

Payment for your subscription will be deducted every month. When the money is deducted, you will receive an email with information about the amount and what the order contains. The amount deducted will be the amount that matches the subscription solution you have ordered. The money will be deducted on the day your subscription is extended, cf. the date you created your subscription. Your order will always be shipped on the first business day after your order. This will also apply to your future receipts of our subscription solutions.

Payment

If payment is not made by the due date, a fee of DKK 100 and up to 10% of the invoice amount will be charged for each reminder. In the event of late payment, Keepers.one reserves the right to impose default interest in accordance with the Danish Interest Act §5, subsection 1. If payment for the subscription is not received, Keepers.one may terminate the subscription agreement without notice.

Changing payment information on your subscription

If you get a new payment card or otherwise change your payment information, it is important that you go to your profile and change your information. If you do not change your information, www.keepersone.com will not be able to deduct payment for your order, and you will therefore not receive any goods. If you are in doubt, you are very welcome to contact us at info@Keepers.one. Alternatively, you can delete your subscription and create a new one with the correct card details.

Changes to the terms of the subscription?

Changes to this agreement that will be to the customer’s advantage, including price and fee reductions, may be made by www.keepersone.com without prior notice. Changes to this agreement to the customer’s disadvantage, including price and fee increases, will be announced with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

You must be 18 years of age to create a subscription with www.keepersone.com. If you are under 18, www.keepersone.com must have consent from your parents. www.keepersone.com cannot be held liable if the user is under 18 years of age

You are deemed to have approved the changes if you have not notified us otherwise before the date on which the changes come into effect. Current prices and subscription terms are available at www.keepersone.com

Breach

If you breach your subscription agreement or the subscription terms, www.keepersone.com is entitled to terminate your subscription without notice.

Processing of personal information

To administer your subscription, www.keepersone.com processes a number of information about you, including name, address, telephone number, e-mail, and other matters of importance to your subscription. By subscribing, you consent to us using the information to administer your subscription and for statistical purposes.

Electronic and telephone contact

As a condition of creating a membership with Keepers.one, you also consent to www.keepersone.com being able to contact you by electronic mail and by telephone. You will receive electronic notifications in the form of emails to your registered email address and SMS messages to the registered mobile phone number.

www.keepersone.com will contact you via electronic mail with information about updates, changes, etc. regarding your membership with Keepers.one. You will also be able to be contacted by phone on the registered mobile phone number with service/guidance on how to get the most out of your current membership. You can unsubscribe from these messages at any time by replying “UNSUBSCRIBE” to one of the emails we send you.
